It’s May 2024 and Frank Van Bogaert takes a short break with his Art Rock-Prog band “Fish on Friday” after having released 6 acclaimed albums since 2010.
Perfect time for Groove to ask him to perform at the annual E-Live festival .
Frank agrees, but it’s been 15 years since he’s been active in the EM scene…”what am I going to play “? , he asks.
“Better start rehearsing the old stuff ?”
But while doing this he felt the urge to record a complete new album , not repeating what he had done before …and using only Analog Synths (well mostly) and Drum computers…

He had only 3 months time to compose and record this album but every song just flowed out of him as if they’d been in his head for years.
Indeed, when I came over to his FoF studio and listened to the album , I said…”I knew you could do this…Electronic Music has always been in your head, you just got to turn the switch and say… I’m doing it”
