Danish Per Thomhav also has a number of releases behind him since 2019, which was the year he founded “Synth replicants”. He also finds inspiration for his music in the old roots such as Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze Schmoelling and others. And he too uses a plethora of instruments, analog and digital, for his parts of the music.
Paul Ellis and Per Thomav’s Orpheus transports listeners to a realm of ethereal beauty and haunting melancholy. Inspired by the ancient Greek myth of Orpheus, the album weaves a sonic tapestry that mirrors the ancient tales.
